"Unless the buyer plans to locate this washer in the basement on a cement floor, do not purchase it. It will work fine if on cement. In any other location in a home other than cement it is noisy, it will vibrate and move terribly, so much that you might be concerned about damage to your floor.
I purchased it for a second home because a few months ago I purchased the identical model for my prime residence. The difference? the one at my prime residence is located in a basement laundry room / cement floor....no problems with performance or noise.....Dealing with this second purchase which is located in a kitchen on the main floor has been a nightmare."
