Pros: probably a good machine if it worked
Cons: whirlpool warranty service

"The dryer was delivered just after the first of the June. It is still not working. The control panel is defective. Whirlpool's warranty service is not very good. It took them over a week to get to check the dryer and will be another week to get the control panel in and installed. Hopefully it will be in this week.

AJ Madison's customer service was very good, though and once we get the panel in and installed, I am sure we will like the machine. The washer is working fine, however you had to read the fine print to find out the machine uses HE soap, and had some trouble because we started out with regular soap.

Sorry about the low rating, but I have no idea how this dryer performs."

"I never thought I'd be so thrilled with a washer and dryer! I purchased this pair with hopes that it was everything people bragged it up to be ... AND IT'S BETTER! It's super quiet (both during washing and the spin cycle - we barely know it's running!) and honestly, our clothes look better already. Cheers to Whirlpool for manufacturing such exceptional equipment! Thanks!!"

It Dries!!!

"We bought the washer and dryer combo set. The dryer is quiet and effecient and does a great job on drying bulky items. The buttons are in the front so you don't have to reach to the back to turn it on...that is great. It is quiet and has a lot more features that our older dryer. It also came with a free offer to get a drying rack via mail."

"[...] The Washer and Dryer are working properly. The washer did once produce an error message. I just turned off the washer and re-started; everything worked out fine. Expect some vibration for the washer if loaded."

Oh My goodness, not too good to be true!

"This is the best clothes dryer I have ever had or seen on the market. The clothes are dry when they are supposed to be due to the sensors in the machine that determine dampness. Quieter then any other dryer I have had and very efficient as well as user friendly."
