Pros: fairly quiet, easy to use, great spin cycle Cons: nothing major, we just bought a more heavy duty water supply line
"I love this washer. We have a small spot in our apartment that it fits in perfectly. It cleans so well, has very easy to use controls, and like others have already written, the spin cycle is so good it gets our clothes nearly dry. We just hang them up for a a little bit and they are ready to wear.
The price was right at AJ Madison, and we had no problems at all with our order, we got the washer delivery even a little faster than we thought.
It came with everything you need, though we bought a heavy duty water supply hose which connected to our faucet a little easier."

Pros: small size quiet soak cycle many cylces Cons: haven't found one yet.
"This is the perfect washing machine for anyone who lives in an RV. The trailer that i have it in is just 20' long. I put it where the shower was and it fits perfectly. I use the sink for the drain. It's like this washer was made specifically for us space challenged RV people. It is so quiet you really won't believe it. You can actually put a good 1/2 to 3/4 load of a "normal" load. And the biggest reason i purchased from AJMadison is they have the eBillme feature. I don't have a credit card or a checking account, but i do have a savings account from which i pay my bills. The eBill feature allows you to pay from a savings account just like using cash. This is not a feature i found on any other website. To me, not having to go to the laundromat is well worth any price i had to pay...which really wasn't that bad when you consider that i've had to use a laundromat for 5 years."

Pros: great washing machine! it has various wash cycles, which is a plus for a portable washer and it, washes quietly (especially if you do not want your, neighbors and your landlord to know that you, have a washer!) Cons: it needs more agitation power for the clothes., i find that in order to get a good wash i have to, soak my clothes overnight.
"Considering the fact that I live in an apartment, this is altogether a wonderful washing machine. I was unsure about it it would fit through my apartment door, but it did! Before my purchase, I did research other reviews about this washer. Lo and behold the reviews were as close to accurate as one can get. The price is definitely cost-effective. This is my first washer and I believe that I made the right choice."

the life saver

"we have had a plumbing problem for a very long time.our washer`s drain is behind the big blockage. so when we used the main washer.it would send water through the main sewage line and into the bath tub.and we would have to use buckets to bale the tub.this went on forever. than I remembered seeing a small washer in the bathroom of someone my mom knew. I was a first grader or so. I remember playing with it.so one day I typed "PORTABLE CLOTHES WASHERS" into google`s web search. and was shown all sites.advertising portable washers AJ MADISON was a prominent site I looked at all kinds of models but AVANTI stood out.it just looked pretty.(It had a lot of thought into it). it took a year before I took a chance. and orderd one I was at a kinkos downtown San Diego I orderd the AVANTI W798SS PLATTINUM. AJ MADISON is in NEW JERSEY.but it only took eight days for it to arrive at my house in SAN DIEGO. it has wheels so it can be rolled away from the kitchen sink it can clean 12 pounds of clothes. it has a digital touch controls it plays a tune when you turn it on,and when you punch in wash options,it`s the best thing I could have done plus it uses very little water.being in CA. with water issues. this is a perfect thing to have.We did get our main sewer line fixed.I paid about 340.00 or so for the AVANTI W798SS. our land lord paid 700.00 or so for the main line cleaning. a few weeks later.So even though we can use our main washer again.We still use our quit little AVANTI W708SS for clothes, and our main washer is now used for big items only (pillows,blankets EXC) I HIGHLY SUGGEST portable washers they are great water savers at around 300.00 they are way less than the 1,000.00 you would spend on a front loader.

"My Wife Is A Washing Machine Nut. She Has Nothing But Paraise For This Washer. She's No Longer Spending Pocketfuls Of Quarters. Fit In Closet With Room To Spare. I Only Had To Change The Hose Connections Over To A Dishwasher Type Connection. Extremely Easy To Learn The Controls And The Start And Stop Music Let Us Know What Is Happening."
