Fills from the top

Pros: cost design adjustable cup filler
Cons: fills from the top cannot be plumbed
"Be aware that the Bosch built in coffee maker fills from the top, unlike Miele, which has a door that opens with the hinge on the left and fills from the front. I designed mine to go in an upper cabinet and the Bosch unit cannot be reached to fill. I had to send it back and get a Miele for this reason."

"This product does exactly what I expected and more. You can choose between 1 or 2 small/regular espresso, 1 or 2 small/regular coffee, tall coffee and XXL coffee, each one with about 5 intensity levels (from weak to extra strong and everything in between). Installation is easy, cleaning is a breeze. Last, but not least, it has lots of "wow" factor.
Nothing I do not like, so far. Maybe the steam wand could be a bit longer, but this is just minor.
This is cream of the crop in the household coffee makers.
I would also like to comment on AJ Madison's stellar customer service - they got a customer for life."
