We LOVE our new fridge
Posted:3/13/12
" Can't say enough about this refrigerator. We've had it for about 1 month. It is gorgeous (really, it is!--beautiful smooth white exterior w brushed stainless steel handles; nothing like it out there, aesthetically), and it works beautifully. Easy to clean, just the right amount of space for us; love the counter depth. Love everything about it. Our produce definitely keeps fresher much longer than in our old fridge (which was the one that was in the apt when we purchased it and was 10 years old and low-priced). so easy to keep this fridge organized. Not 1 complaint here. We just love it. Great features and so, so beautiful. We enjoyed working w AJ Madison, too. The one poor experience was with the delivery company, not w the product or the appliance store. Thanks, AJ Madison and Fisher & Peykel! We would not choose anything else. "

The Perfect Refrigerator
Posted:2/23/12
Pros: beautiful fits narrow shallow tall space, energy-efficient well-designed
Cons: none
" Service was perfect, shipping and handling was quick and precise. The unit looks like a million bucks in our retro mod kitchen. We were sure we'd never be able to replace the original built in unit. But this Fisher & Paykel has exceeded all of our expectations. I would, and did, highly recommend it to my best friend and my mother. This experience couldn't have been better. "

Great fridge!
Posted:10/7/13
Pros: sleek euro design great counter depth, freezes and cools evenly very spacious roll out, freezer drawer is a dream
Cons: makes some odd noises related to the cooling and, defrosting cycles.
" I've had this fridge, in white, for about a month now and really, really like it (actually, I love it). The freezer holds as much as my old 22 cubic foot side by side but the refrigerator section holds much more than the old machine. It's easy to clean, sleek looking, well laid out inside. And-- it fits the smaller sized space in my 1952 cape cod style home. I did have to remove the cabinet above but would have had to do that for almost any new fridge. I adore that it only juts out about 3" past my 25" deep granite counters. Fruits and vegetables seem to stay very fresh for a long period of time (I''ve been testing it with celery). And the temp in both the freezer and fridge seem to stay even. I bought the model without water/ice because the filter is placed outside of the machine and I couldn't figure out where to put it. Plus, with only two people in the house, we can easily make some ice (or buy a bag of ice if we have a dinner party). The ice cube trays freeze in about 3.5 hours. The only thing to take into consideration is that it does make some odd noises, which are tied to the various refrigeration and/or freezing cycles. It doesn't bother me at all but it you are super sensitive to sounds, you should listen to it before purchasing. Overall, I really am happy with this fridge and would purchase again. Will update in six months if there is a change. "

Worst purchase ever
Posted:9/1/13
Pros: good if you are tall and don't have leftovers, and don't keep much in freezer or fridge
Cons: very loud - irritating buzzing, poor freezer design
" Rue the day that I purchased this. Just wanted something new and replaced a Kenmore that was still functioning that cost $449. The freezer in this only holds 1/3 the amount the Kenmore held and one has to rifle through and take every thing out just to get to something in the bottom of the freezer. Freezer drawer difficult to pull open when filled. Have to go out tomorrow to buy another refrigerator to store the rest of our frozen items if not spoilt and keep leftovers, since there is not room in this fridge. Veggie bins tiny. You will be shopping daily because this fridge does not hold much and forget about making your own stock or keeping leftovers in this. "

the perfect fit
Posted:9/27/12
Pros: none for our needs. is very quiet.
Cons: price.
" We needed a refrigerator in a veterinary hospital that had to a) fit a certain space, b) keep refrigerator temperature very accurately between 35 and 45 for the vaccines to not perish, c) not have all the extra stuff like water and ice dispenser, d) had the freezer drawer on the bottom. Searched for several hours on the internet and found very few fitting this criteria. Although expensive, still was the best priced among my options in comparison to a standard size. Took a bit long for the thing to arrive, but it finally made it after about 6 weeks. "
