Problems
Posted:11/28/11
Pros: good performance and quality materials
Cons: engineering design flaws causing burn marks
" Beware this grill has some issues with gaps between the stainless steel lid and the moldings that hold the front and sides of the grill top together. These gaps allow hot air to get through which, over time, cause burn marks on the outside marring the appearance of the grill. Customer service was very responsive at first sending a new top/lid with modifications. But the modifications didn't fix the problem and created a new one by inducing a problem with the thermometer not tightening down enough to be snug. So I am left with a very expensive grill that has burn marks on the front par tof the lid and a loose thermometer. Customer service won't return my e-mails/calls any more. I am happy with the performance but at this point wish I had spent half the money and bought the $800 Weber with same features at Sam's Club. "

Best BBQ Purchase Ever

Pros: value quality performance
" I have owned Webers all my life. I thought I would try a comparable brand. So far I am liking the quality and features of the Napolean better then my Webers. "

Great Grill
Posted:9/13/11
" I recently purchased this grill and have used it for a while now. Great grill, especially the rotisserie burner at 20K BTU. It really crisps things up. The side infrared burner cooks steaks ect to perfection as it really sears them. I had a napoleon ultra chef before this one and wanted a nice upgrade. This grill is not cheap, nor is it cheaply made. Great construction and the wind does not even phase it.
hear is to many great meals off this thing.
Good job Napoleon "

Great Grill But Not Sure About the Price
Posted:10/17/10
" I am really happy with this grill, but I'm not sure it's worth nearly $1,600. Only time will tell. It seems to be very well built and performs very well in my first 6-8 uses. Hopefully it will last at least 10-15 years and earn it's price. "
