"I purchased dryer last month and enjoy using it. The only concern I have is that when it works I hear some knocking sound as drum rotates, but technician said it is normal because enclosure is too tight and not leaving much room for the drum."

Pros: capacity controls looks large see thru door
Cons: none
"Love this dryer. It has a very large capacity, is easy to use and drys clothes quickly. It looks great too; the led lighting inside the dryer are a nice touch. I have nothing negative to say about this dryer and would buy one again."
