Cons: everything. it's basically a piece of junk., thermador is no help. it's out of warrany so, they just wash their hands of it.
"Boy am I sorry I bought this thing. It was installed last September and it pretty much doesn't work. Unfortunately, it's just out of warranty. It takes forever (20 min. to 350) to warm up. That's on "fast pre-heat mode". You have to set the temp 25 degrees higher than what you want. If you open the door it immediately cools down and does not heat back up. You have to start over. Now the control panel is getting really screwy. The Oven Light button just started to put you into some other menu, but doesn't light the light. The Oven Temp button does nothing. The lower oven does not have the fast pre-heat mode. Can't use Convection. The oven won't heat. It took 35 minutes to cook a 9 minute batch of peanut butter cookies. Everything, from the lead wire flex conduit on, is an engineering nightmare. I think the control panel is shot. By the way, when you touch a button, the button doesn't engage until about 1/2 second after you release the button. Push the buttons very slowly. The beeps are ridiculously loud. Oh, and don't spill anything. That's a whole 'nother story."
