Pros: instant hot coffee in the morning is a life saver

"The instant hot/cold dispenser is an excellent and extremely convenient product. Since it works on a filter, I no longer use the Britta dispenser. As far as the hot water, it is extremely convenient to make instant coffee or ready made soups. Best of all, My wife saves time by using the hot/cold water for cooking. Overall an excellent product."

Pros: filter works!!!
Cons: none so far
"i have found the filtration system very effective at the removal of chlorine smell and taste which is quite a challenge in Phoenix where we have very hard water.
the hot water feature has a slight lag but the quantity available is excellent.
the styling is very contemporary which was very important to my selection."
