Pros: it's a great dishwasher!
Cons: have not run across any.

"So far I have not found one thing wrong with this dishwasher. It's easy to use, quiet, cleans great, dries well, the adjustable shelf adjusts easily, and it looks good. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this appliance to anyone looking for good quality at a reasonable price."

Fits cookie sheets

Pros: fits cookie sheets below, top rack holds 4 rows of cups plus a row of bowls
Cons: not as quiet as the ge but still quiet at 51 dba, i still like the kitchenaid by a landslide!!!

"Bought a GE Profile- and hated it- hard to close and didn't like the racks. I researched again and decided on a Kitchenaid. I love it- it fits 4 rows of cups and a row of bowls on the top shelf. IT's still quiet (not as quiet as the GE but still an improvement over my last dishwasher) and much easier to close. Overall I am very happy with this dishwasher and would highly recommend it!"

Great Experience

Pros: Quiet, deep racks for large & tall dishes
Cons: bowls need lots of space between them to clean, thoroughly.

"It is sooo quite, I have to look for the blue lights to tell if it's on. The Pro-Scrub feature does a great job removing dry & hard food stains. I'm still getting familiar with the correct way to load the unit in order to optimize the best results. The bottom rack is very low which allows large & tall items to load without having to adjust top rack, I really like that. I've had the product a little over a month and use it at least 15+ times a week, so far I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.
First experience with AJ Madison online, will certainly purchase from them in the future."
