Great experience and great refrigerator

Pros: gallon storage x2 on door deli drawer spacious, great looking
Cons: a little noisy cabinet side not stainless
"I researched for a counter depth refrigerator for quite a while since my refrig opening is exactly 36" and against a wall...giving me not much room for a refrig that the door opens a few inches wider than the refrig cabinet. Anyways, this refrig is one of a few brands that offers the zero clearance and it fits PERFECTLY on the opening I have! Granted I can only open the left door at 90 degrees and cannot take the drawers out but am able to access all drawers fine! I'm very happy with my purchase, AJ MADISON was absolutely flawless! I called, they had the item in stock, I purchased over the phone, and in three days the refrig was delivered to my kitchen in perfect condition!! Happy happy happy!!"

"Living in a small condo, we had an always packed 18 cu ft fridge and replaced with this 23.1 cu ft counter depth model. Finally, we have room in the fridge. It gives us so much more room inside and being counter depth, gives us more room in the kitchen as well. Our frozen pizza even fits perfectly in the freezer. It looks great, is very quiet and we are quite pleased with our purchase."

Nice-Looking but Noisy

Pros: design/ease of use/adjustable shelves in door, push-button digital controls
Cons: somewhat noisy
"This is a beautiful refrigerator. It's contemporary design looks great in my kitchen. The controls are easy to use...plug it in, turn it on. A digital display shows both the temperature of the refrigerator & the freezer. It keeps food very nice & cold. The layout of this model is also very pleasing. The ice-maker is in the door, so you have plenty of freezer space. I love the adjustable shelves in the door, which you can move around to suit yourself. There is one little "funky" shelf on the bottom, which doesn't seem good for much, except storing cubes of vegetable shortening or chocolate bars. My only complaint about this refrigerator is that, when the compressor is running, it is somewhat noisy and, because it is an "Energy Star" appliance, it runs more often than my old Whirlpool. I suppose I will eventually get used to it. Overall, I am very pleased."

"This refrigerator has 2 nice features:
1) The swing of the door is perfect so it can still have the wall on the refrigerator side, and be able to open the door reasonably well, and load, unload stuff.
Please note that many top brands do not disclose the door swing. Kitchen Aid has found the perfect hinges for the refrigerator door.
2) has the stainless steel also on the sides. This is nice for a freestanding, given that usually the side of the cabinet, if visible, looks very cheap.
Cons: I would have preferred it even less noisy, but you can't have everything in life."

Pros: well made and looks very nice
Cons: water filter cartridges are a bit pricey
"this is a well-made and full-featured fridge. the ice maker works well and the water dispenser chills the water nicely. the unit is very handsome in a built-in cabinet enclosure and there's space to organize everything inside. we couldn't be happier with this model."
