"Overall I feel pleased about this purchase. However, I think that the claim that you can get 60 cups of near-boiling water from it per hour is an exaggeration. I find that after three cups in a row, the water is cool enough to put your hand through the stream.
Aesthetically, I think it is the most attractive hot water dispenser faucet we have ever had. So far, we have had three over 17 years."

Great replacement

Pros: good looking easy to use
Cons: none

"After 15 yrs of great use our old InstaHot finally said "I'm too tired to work anymore." We replaced it with a new InstaHot. So far it is doing everything the old one did. I use it daily."

"Having never heard of your company, I was somewhat reluctant to order but now so very glad I did! The ease of the ordering process was most welcome and the quick delivery was very surprising. The dispenser has been installed for several weeks now and works beautifully -- no pun intended since it is a "beautiful" item and the plumber made it work! The most impressive part of this process was the very reasonable price -- Thanks!"

discovered necessity

"I never knew how indispensible a hot water dispenser could be!! You get 3/4 gal of very hot water perfect for tea, oatmeal, etc. I also use it to start water boiling...from dispenser to rolling boil on the stove in 1 minute!! It really streamlines these mundane daily tasks and uses less electricity than a Hot Shot or stovetop. ALSO...[...]"
