Pros: strong durable best investment
Cons: nothing
"Have had this since 1999 -- works just as well as when it was first installed. Only the rubber piece at the sink opening needs replacing. Motor is great, and I confess, one time I did jam it, but thankfully, with the reverse button, the whole thing corrected itself and has continued to work well ever since. Would buy this all over again if I could."
