Adequate
Posted:2/12/11
Pros: fits in space under sink
Cons: very noisy
"It was easy to install and fit well in the space under our sink. If the space and plumbing were better we would have upgraded to a larger motor with better sound insulation. Have only had a month but hope it will function adequately for at least 5 years (no better than our original garbage disposal)."

Three Years and Failure
Posted:2/11/10
"After three years of use, this model would hum and not spin. Nothing was jamming the unit and it was completely empty. The electric motor would not turn the grinding wheel. It is one of the cheaper units, and probably a builder's favorite to install in a new home. But, if you have a choice, choose something better."

Great Deal on A Very Nice Disposer
Posted:6/14/08
"This unit works beautifully, its fairly quiet and vibration free. It is an unbelievable value. [...] I had it professionally installed since I needed wiring, so I can't talk about installation."

Kitchenaid 1/2 HP Disposer
Posted:6/29/07
"I bought it to replace a 20 year old model (also a Kitchenaid 1/2 HP Disposer). The bracket was different, but the height of the drain port was the same as the old model so I did not have to adjust the plumbing at all. The entire installation took about 2 hours from start to finish. The product works great. I was a bit worried when I received the box because it had been dropped hard enough to dent the metal casing of the disposer. There was no damage however and, as I said, the product works great. I am extremely satisfied."
