"I needed a washer/dryer for a small space and went with this stacked unit. The dryer is fine. Very large drum, easy to get to. The washer opening is pretty small compared to a top loader, but similar to a laundromat washer. The inside drum seems small, but actually holds a full load. Minimal water use. The HE detergent is a little pricey at about $10-12 a bottle, but goes a long way. Panel of controls kind of chinzy, but works fine for the price. Others are twice what this one cost."
