"After scouring the Internet searching for which freezer to buy, I found this one. It's the right size, the right color, and Frigidaire has always meant "reliable" to me. This freezer is no exception.
You can set and lock the temperature so it doesn't get accidentally hit and changed all with the press of a button. Very easy. All the controls are like that. And the temperature - it took less than half an hour for it to go from 60 inside (the temp. when it was delivered) to 0. I have a thermometer inside just to check and make sure and everywhere - top shelf, bottom shelf, drawers and door shelves - the temperature is a constant 0 to -4 -5. No variations, no "hot spot" , no "cold spot".
It's very quiet, even when running. The only thing that changes is the side walls get warm. But, the temp. inside never changes. Always steady.
I have no problems and no complaints with it. It's everything I wanted and hoped for."
