The FES365E features a 4.2 cu. ft. self-cleaning oven with Auto-Latch safety lock controlled by the EasySet 300 Electronic oven controls. The Extra-Large Visualite window with Clear Glass is 87% larger than the standard window. The large viewing area allows the cook to check progress without opening the oven door.

OK range, but...

Pros: it's a stove. it gets hot when you turn it on.
Cons: explained below.

"I previously owned a smooth-top stove that had a colored surface with a variegrated pattern,which I now miss because the pattern hid minor spots and spills until I was ready to clean it. This stove's plain white surface readily shows the tiniest spots or spills and marks from pans. (Can't stand having to constantly clean the surface to preserve a clean appearance.)
Also, according to a sticker on the stove, there was supposed to have been a surface-cleaning product included, though the seller said not so!
It also came with a small permanent scratch in the surface, but not enough to claim a defect, I guess.
All in all, had I known all this beforehand, I would not have purchased it.
It wasn't cost feasible to return it for a different stove.
Wish I had purchased one locally."

Pleased with purchase

"I have had the oven for 2 months and it has met my expectations in every area. The oven bakes great and the oven temperatures are very accurate. Operation is simple and straight forward. My old oven didn't have the glass top, so it takes a little getting used to. I keep thinking that I will scratch or damage the top easily and that is not true. You just have to follow the instructions for cleaning. The burners heat quickly."

"We have an all electric house and I've always wanted a ceramic top stove. Just finished the 2nd kitchen remodel in 30 years and we're delighted w/the stove. Saved some serious money. Love the stove top. Stainless steel looks great. Easy to clean. I'm a happy guy!"

Pros: fast burner heating nice clean appearence

"Having used gas ovens for many years, we were not sure about our new house that only had electric for the appliances. But this unit works really good. Surface elements heat up quickly, meanly similar times to heat pans to gas ovens. Very nice clean appearence."

Our Stove

Pros: love the extra room on the surface and stove, works great.

"We are very happy with the prompt service we recieved from AJ Madison. We ordered the stove on a weekend and it was here the Friday before the next weekend. Which is wonderful. The only thing that was just a bit off was the booklet that came with the stove notes, the cleaning solution (which states that it was provided) was not provided and the broiler pan that it mentions in the paperwork was not with the stove either. But other than those two very minor things it is every bit the stove that we had hoped for."

Really nice range

Pros: easy controls and great cooktop
Cons: plastic trim pieces extend about 1/2 inch too far

"I shopped everywhere to find a slide in range at a good price and this is the best. It has all the features we wanted and looks great too. We love the way the oven heats and the glass cook top is terrific."

Pros: price

"I bought this stove for a lady who lives in my complex that could not afford a new stove. The same stove at Sears was 1189.00.
Slide in stoves are much more in price than slide in.
She is very happy with the stove."

Just don't install the anti-tip brackets

"The install went great until I tried to put in the "anti-tip" brackets on the rear. Leave them off, the stove is very stable. Easy to clean, lots of room, great product."

"Beautiful range, and very sleek looking! I would recommend it to anyone. I enjoy the top being smooth, and easier to clean than most ranges. It has a nice-sized window that looks into the oven. A++++!"
