"This microwave / convection oven is gorgeous and produces delicious food. So far I've made several roasted chickens using the "combination" microwave and convection feature and they turn out perfect. The way that the exhaust vent opens and closes is ingenious and the noise level is very low compared with other over-the-range microwaves I've used.

The only significant downsides to this product are:

* the incorrect installation instructions that had me drilling a few holes in the wrong place
* the control panel is not intuitive. it works, but i would have liked to see a better menu system for setting the cooking options"
