We love it
Pros: attractive and easy to use, easily removeable filters that are dishwasher safe
Cons: trying to find replacement filters as back-up
"We had a tight fit replacing an old Jenn Air and required a downdraft. We were able to squeeze this into a very tight fit with a lot of modifications and it is great!
Not sure what the previous reviewer meant about a whistle -- ours doesn't have it -- perhaps something isn't sealed tightly. Overall, a very nice product."

Needed it,Loved idea, whistles too much
"It was a must for a downdraft in my kitchen; make sure your counter is sufficient to hold this, ie we had to eliminate a built in backsplash and had to customize the nose of the countertop. There is a loud whistle when it is turned on, no matter if on high or low. It is annoying above the sound of the downdraft itself."
