"Very cold air, very good dehumidification, decent size, relatively quiet. Nice remote, though I wish it was backlit. I'm using this in a 12x17 sunroom and it keeps the room cold when it's 98 degrees outside. It's expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for."

Great Room Air Conditioner Posted: 5/18/08
"If you bedroom runs hot like mine, due to 3 computers, and other electronics - this is the item for you. My bed room is always about 10 degrees warmer then any other room, I get morning and afternoon sun, no other room gets both. So with that and my computers and electronics this is the AC for you. NO DRAINS, no hard installations. This is truely plug and play. You may note that you will need to get additional foam to seal your window properly, and you may need an electriction to upgrade a circuit breaker wherever you plug this in. Its a regular 120v 15amp plug (3 prong - standard type), but it does require 15 amp circuit breaker, my house which is only 13 years old has 10 amp breakers. So i paid 80 bucks for an electricition to update that one breaker. He did run a dedicated line becuase of all the stuff in my bedroom. Otherwise Icy cool."
