Unit viewed in Efficiency Apartment

Pros: safe induction cooktop/ size/ high-end appearance
Cons: refrigerator has no freezer

"This unit was absolutely worth the extra bucks it cost over the lower end models. It is the focal point of a kitchenette in a studio apartment. I would estimate that it adds to the value for which the space can be marketed by probably some $200-300/ mo.
When selecting the unit, however, I overlooked that the included refrigerator does not have a freezer. Avanti makes a fridge/ freezer that would fit in the unit (available on AJ Madison site). It would be nice if that unit was the one included - or was at least an option."
