Pros: heat pump is an excellent festure for our use.

"Bought this unit to replace an old A/C in-wall unit. The heat pump part of the unit is very useful on cold morning. We able to not turn on the heat in the breakfast area by using this festure."

"I bought this product for a rental apartment and was especially interested in the heat pump function. It's a well-built unit that looks good and was easy to install. I would like to have seen a mounting kit come with this - or available as an add-on."
