Excellent AirConditioner

"This excellent and handsome air conditioner was delivered promptly and was easy to install. Although this summer has been fairly cool so far, the efficiency of the machine on the few occasions when it has been used has proved more than adequate to cool two large rooms that flow into each other. I am using it in "fan" mode a great deal and it is very good for that duty as well since it has a good design for changing the direction and strength of the air flow. So far, I have nothing to complain about!"

"Efficient, effective, and nonintrusive window unit. [...] We have two units covering over 700 square feet in the very hot south side of our small home. Also, the exhaust has not damaged any plants in our garden immediately adjacent to the AC units, which is unlike our previous units (portable ACs)."

Noisy but quick to cool

"Pro: cools very quickly
Con: very noisy fan - we have it in our living room and we can't watch TV when it's going.
Con: beeps rather loudly when you change any settings (temp, fan speed, power on/off)...bad for me since I have a 6 mo old and a small house...wakes her up, it is that loud...

If you don't mind the noise (I don't as much since it cools very quickly), then I recommend it...if noise is a problem, then stay away"

"This is a fantastic air conditioner. We installed it to cool our living room which has arched openings to the rest of the house, so we needed something powerful. This did the trick. It is not any louder than we expected and we can still watch tv while the air is on."

"Great looks, cools a room very quickly, and self adjusts the fan speed to the thermostat settings. Much smaller and quieter than my older GE unit."

"I'm using the unit to cool 2 rooms that I couldn't add to the central AC. I like the size
and auto power feature, it cools fast....it is a bit noisy when the fan kicks in medium and high auto settings, even on low manual, I wouldn’t use it in a bedroom or a family room where you watch TV, if you do keep it as far as you can…..it saves energy"
